Clients who book appointments online through Square Appointments are required to keep a card on file and submit a $15 deposit at the time of booking.

We send text message reminders three days before your appointment to confirm and 24 hours before your appointment as a reminder.

Payments may be processed through Square or accepted in cash. Payment information submitted through Square is processed securely through their platform. Five Crowns Hair Company does not store or directly access your full card details.
Photos and Marketing
From time to time, photos of haircuts or finished styles may be taken for marketing purposes, including use on social media or promotional materials. We respect our clients and will never intentionally identify a client by name without permission.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know and we will always respect your request.
