Refund Policy

Five Crowns Hair Company

At Five Crowns Hair Company, we are committed to providing high-quality services and making sure every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to review the concern and may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction when appropriate.

Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

Service Refunds

Because hair services are time-based and customized for each client, refunds are not provided for completed services. Our goal is always to correct or adjust the service to ensure client satisfaction.

Deposits

Appointments booked online require a $15 deposit through Square. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Clients who miss their appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
