Five Crowns Hair Company
By booking an appointment with Five Crowns Hair Company, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled online through Square Appointments or by calling the shop. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.
Deposits
A $15 deposit is required for all online bookings. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if adequate notice is provided.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with proper notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of the deposit.
Payments
Five Crowns Hair Company accepts payments through Square and cash.
Appointment Reminders
Clients will receive text message reminders three days before their appointment to confirm and again 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Client Photos
Occasionally, photos of finished haircuts or styles may be taken for marketing or social media purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us and we will respect your request.
Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment with Five Crowns Hair Company, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
